Job Description

Day to day Production Planning as per the monthly and customer given advance planning with PPC department
Maximum utilization of Resources with minimum rejection & scrap.
Daily co-ordinating with customers.
Provide training to operators and supervisors for customer complain, basic knowledge of molding, machine and method and material.
Taking corrective & preventive action against Top 5 moulding fault.
Ensure TPM with in the shop floor and concern department.
Ensure All machine in A grade as machine health as concern
Participation in customers Audits.
Ensure Healthy and safe environment with in the shop floor.
